2014 ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEES 2014:
The following procedures will
be applicable for the registration of NGF members as per Sections 5.2 through
5.5 of the NGF Constitution:
• Deadline for submitting documentation and
registrations – 15 March 2014
• Deadline for payment of registration fees – 31 March
2014
• Penalty for late submission of registrations – N$100
• Penalty for late payment of registrations – N$100
Please note that with your registration /
re-registration for 2014, the following must be sent to the NGF Admin office
between January and March 2014:
- Club Constitution;
- Club AGA minutes;
- Club:
- Non profitable organization:- Proof of registration as a non profitable organization;
- If the Club is a business – the Business registration nr needs to be sent to NGF;
- Club Colours;
- Completion of the NGF CLUB INFO list for the club with committee or owner details;
- PLEASE note the members on the Technical committees, please ensure that your contact details are up to date as well and provided to the NGF;
- ALL Clubs/ School clubs/ Schools must also hand in a letter of Application or Re-application addressed to the NGF council.

1 Registration fee for
officials (judges/coaches) is paid once per person per section.
* Clubs should pay the full
amounts to the NGF Administration Account

Clearly marking the depositing
Club’s name
NGF administration will
reconcile all deposits with registrations submitted and transfer section
portion into section accounts by 31 June 2014.
* Penalties for late
registrations and payments will be levied strictly as from 1 April 2014.
